Booze activities to be found at this year’s San Diego Beer Week

This year’s eighth annual San Diego Beer Week commenced with the San Diego Brewers Guild festival on Friday and Saturday, November 3 and 4, on the Broadway Pier along Harbor Drive in San Diego, California and will end with the Beer Garden at the Lodge at Torrey Pines on Sunday, November 13.

In the middle of these events are hundreds of other beer-filled events and activities awaiting the beer enthusiast. One of them includes beer and food pairings at Flour & Barley, located inside The Headquarters at Seaport Village.

Also, for Ristretto Baltic Porter, Sea to Sea Zwickel Lager, and West Coast IPA lovers, head to Oregon’s Face Rock Creamery located at 6550 Mira Mesa Boulevard between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. for a chance to have your fill of these choice drinks.

If you’re a surfer who has a thing for ending a ride on the waves with a little booze, go to La Jolla’s Shore Rider Beach Bar & Grill at 2168 Avenida De La Playa from noon to 11 p.m. on Fridays for an hour of surfboard rental, a burger, and a pint of Thorn Street beer, all for the affordable price of $25.

If you are looking for some of the most gorgeous beaches in North America, San Diego may be worth considering as a place to go to during one of your vacations.
